About: Established in 2004, Factory is an internationally known Goth-Industrial night hosted by MC Yoda. In the booth the resident DJs Graphite and Jay Mysenthropia, along with rotating guest DJs spin Industrial, Synthpop, Aggrotech, Alternative & EBM in the Main Room. In the Red Room there is also music some may be interested in as well.
Best known for it's unique theme parties, among the annual favorites are Halfway to Halloween and the Goth Prom. Factory has brought in special guest DJs such as Andy Laplegua, Ronan Harris, Twiggy Ramirez, Mark Jackson, Joe Letz, Nero Bellum and END: the DJ.
They have hosted numerous live concerts as well under the Factory banner. Artists that have performed live include: VNV Nation, Combichrist, Aesthetic Perfection, Faderhead, X-Rx, BlakOpz, Suicide Commando, Icon Of Coil, Panic Lift, Surgyn, Straftanz, [:SITD:], and Mindphazer.
Observations: The rebrith of an Ann Arbor legend, Industrial Monday's at the Necto. State of the Art lighting, sound, and video, immersing the crowd in soul-pounding industrial, gothic, new romantic, and more. DJ Void 6, brings a new view on to a scene screaming for something new. Void 6's mixing, technique, and creativity bring a new element to old and new tracks.

Observations: Detroit's oldest alternative night running since 1983. Crowd and staff are friendly. Two very large dancefloors with different DJs each.
